Danglish

This past week was eventful in SFO. The children made a large “Flasker Familie” (bottle family). All the kids from 0-4th grade (including boys) brought in a bottle from home and then applied a “head.” With a large quantity of paint we finished our colorful family, which included people of every race and an additional pink and purple crowd from Mars.

We will be having a big break the week after next. Students and teachers will be getting off for an entire week. When we return we will be making Jack-O-Lanterns, something they don’t generally have here but what us Americans are incorporating into our program:) Soon it will be Thanksgiving and I have a coupla of things up my sleeve for this holiday, as well!

Things are looking up for Simon and I. We are praying that all of you are blessed!
