Danglish

Simon and I were so blessed to visit the Outer Banks this past month. We had many adventures including my sister Aprils wedding. But, instead of the Outer Banks she chose a better location. Family and close friends gathered to spend an entire week on Ocracoke Island. The wedding was beautiful and the weather could not have been better. April and Chad were the happiest couple I have seen, which was anticipated for this "joyous occasion."

Apart from the big event, we enjoyed the excitement of seeing everyone again and were excited about ALL the activities that come along with it. From surfing to puzzles: from surprise parties to dinner parties; from visiting just one to visiting a crew; from Kitty Hawk to Ocracoke; from the beach to the pool side; from the Big Wave Dave to the fried catfish with bread pudding…it was all very memorable and grateful we were!

We have once again returned home. Jet lag is still wearing off but we are anticipating our next week-long journey to the west coast of Denmark starting tomorrow. Until then, vi ses og vi elsker dig! (See you soon and we love you!)
