Finally! Hope all of you had a wonderful Easter. Simon was off for a whole 10 days (smeereer) providing us with some steamy, hot...ummm...meal or two? The family had us over for a feast and we even partook in a egg hunt. Jorg and Inger know their holidays and never cease to amaze me with the details. Right down to the lamb! YUK!!! But they sympathized with me a little and we had some chicken too!

It was a little difficult not seeing my family on the holidays. Especially since I heard that good ole Sue invited nineteen people to our house. Who is my mother? Better question: who is my dog that she gets a bow around her neck and struts around the house like it was her Resurrection? Anyway, I was hurt to know that Sally got my portion of food, but satisfied that I was the only one that got an Easter egg hunt.

Things are going well here. Last week I was very busy! It seemed as though there was an event every night. One night we organized a social gathering between us and everyone who lives at Billesborg. We watched the "american idol" equivalency and ate candy for a couple of hours.

Another evening there was a football game (soccer) and the guys were very riled up. We beat Kazakhstan 3:0! Needless to say, church went well the next day. The preacher reminded us who won the football game several times and of course the fact that Jesus was alive.

My friend Melanie had a birthday brunch one morning so we attended that. She is will be getting married this August and Simon and I contributed our marriage wisdom with some help from Tim LaHaye. "The Act of Marriage" never fails to be admired as a gift for any occassion. And of course she needs to know who her husband is and why she married him when he does those wierd things in his sleep, so we got her "Why You Act the Way You Do." In between everything, we AT LAST completed the bedroom floors. So I have pictures for you!

Our apartment projects are coming along. We don't have a bed yet, so we are still sleeping in the living room. We are painting our bedroom probably this weekend and will purchase our precious bed afterwards. We have almost completed the bathroom. We still need to get a large mirror over the sink. The one we have is HID!! Pretty much the whole house is still being worked on, but I feel like it would be boring if we completed the whole thing in one go. Ok, I'm just pretending to feel that way. In all actuality I would love to have it complete in a week. Phhh!

Ok, guys, that is it for me! We missed all of you this Easter. I would have loved to hear Wally preach and hear Jill sing, but hey! The important thing is that we beat Kazakhstan! Or so it seems
