Danglish

This fall holiday Simon and I were offered to switch houses with Inger and Jorg. Yes, this means we would be spending the weekend in the country side while my inlaws stayed at Billesborg. Here's the climax...WE GOT THE CAR FOR THREE WHOLE DAYS! This was so awesome for us Danes who travel everywhere by trains, buses and bicycles. So far we have been to IKEA to pick up some pratical items, a mall, a town called Soro to have a look around and a town called Ringsted for a bite to eat. If we should attempt to do all these things in two days by foot and bus we would be physically exhausted so it was a big blessing. Simon's mom was the one with this brilliant idea and hopefully they will have enjoyed there time in the midst of the Billesborg atmosphere and the natural habitat that embodies it.

Simons brother, his fiance, our niece and Charlotte came for one night. It was very "hyggelig."

Too bad it is back to school again on Monday. We have enjoyed our relaxing period too much I'm afraid. Men sadan er liv og vi skal arbejde igen!

One last thing. Previously, I posted a blog on Isabella Smith and Stig Lauritzen. Just to make sure you know, I still work in the SFO. Though public relations sounds quite inspiring I think I will stay with the kids. I guess I was feeling a bit creative and decided to write from their point of view and what it might feel like to be a celebrity. One day I could be cool like that but for now I'm really not!
